The Bon Sol extra virgin olive oil is obtained by the Calatayud family from certified organic olives of the highest quality category. They are picked in the region around the village of Vallada near Valencia and cold-pressed on the same day using exclusively mechanical processes. The olive oil is never heated above 28°C and is not filtered but decanted to preserve as many of its healthy and aromatic properties as possible.

Bon Sol is a family business with roots in Valencia & Zurich. With Bon Sol they want to promote regenerative agriculture and thus the quality of life of people in Spain and Switzerland. Their approach is to sell regenerative agriculture products from the Valencia region of Switzerland and invest the proceeds in idle plots in Spain to convert them to regenerative agriculture.
